These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bridgestar.ai (the “Site” or “Platform”), operated by BridgeStar (“BridgeStar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a software platform jointly operated by Kaufman & Company and Lonestar-Kaufman Development Partners LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, deal, or engagement other than your own, or attempt to circumvent any security or verification feature of the Platform.
Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and when submitting documents or information as part of any deal, closing, or engagement conducted through the Platform, and to use the Platform's multi-factor authentication and redaction tools as intended when handling sensitive information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, other than content you submit, is the exclusive property of BridgeStar or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No portion of this content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without our prior written consent.
No Offer or Investment Advice
Content on the Site, and information generated or organized by the Platform (including status indicators, readiness gauges, and Jeeves AI concierge responses), is provided for general informational and operational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, loan, or investment product, nor does it constitute investment, legal, financial, or tax advice. Any actual financing, closing, or engagement is governed by the definitive agreements executed between the parties, not by anything shown on the Site.

The Site may link to, or connect with, third-party websites and services (including remote online notarization providers, email delivery providers, and the sites of Kaufman & Company family companies), which are not owned or controlled by us.
